Delivery Terms :
1) Shipping / Delivery Charge is Free (Zero) for Indian Orders.
2) COD (Cash On Delivery) Option will be applicable at a Minimum Order Amount of Rs. 500/- with a Fixed Cash Handling Charge of Rs. 50/- which will be paid by customer against Cash Collection Service. It will be added in Total Order Amount automatically.
3) Your Cash On Delivery (COD) Order will be on-hold and will not be processed until we get final confirmation of sending the order from your side. So you are requested to please send us a Confirmation Message or share Order Screen Shot through WhatsApp at Mobile No. # 7302224004. After verifying your details, we will dispatch the order.
4) Kindly wait at least 2 to 6 days after dispatch to get delivery at your Home.
5) Delivery days depend on the distance of your location. We always try to dispatch orders either on the same day or next day of receiving the order.
Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy :
1) We don’t accept the order cancellation, once the order is shipped / dispatched. So please do online order when you are 100% sure to get the delivery.
2) After delivery if the book is damaged, misprint, page missing or any major defect in the book, we will replace the same book and send you new book.
3) After receiving any order, if any book is found out of stock, we will remove this item from the order and process the partial refund immediately according to the book amount.
4) If customer wants to return any book(s) after delivery then return courier charges will be debited and balance amount will be refunded back to customer.
